A western Pennsylvania native, Leigh Gerstenberger is the founding member of Strategic-Connecting, LLC, a consulting firm dedicated to “inspiring intriguing ideas” that help individuals and organizations exceed their career, financial and personal potential.
Prior to founding his own firm, Leigh spent his entire career in the financial services industry holding senior leadership positions at PNC Bank, Huntington Bank, Mutual of New York, and Connecticut Mutual Life Insurance Company.

Leigh serves on the boards of: Nashville, TN based Christian Leadership Concepts (CLC), an organization committed to helping men become stronger leaders in their family, community, church and businesses; northeast Ohio based EMERGE Consulting Services, a 40-year old faith-based mental health organization; and SummaCare, the for-profit insurance subsidiary of the Akron, OH SummaHealth System.
